Bante Design LLC is happy to announce that DeAnna Radaj (owner), will be the featured presenter at the Chicago Merchandise Mart for their 2nd Tuesday Design Inspiration series. This series of seminars is held every 2nd Tuesday of the month and features national speakers who offer presentations on how designers can become more business savvy. Ms Radaj will be kicking off the 2007 series with "The Importance of Small Talk".

The Importance of Small Talk:
Learn the importance of this often overlooked skill. DeAnna Radaj, a residential designer and national speaker on business topics, will discuss why small talk is a necessary skill for anyone and everyone in the design business. She’ll discuss behavior traits of a good small talker, preparing for an event, how to work a room at a party when you are among strangers, and proper "exiting" techniques to leave people wanting more. This workshop is a must for anyone who wants to work on his or her social skills, generate new clients, and network a new company.

Bante Design LLC is headed by DeAnna Radaj, Allied ASID, an interior designer who specializes in residential and retail design that incorporates healthy home design principles and the ancient art of feng shui. Ms. Radaj is a national speaker on topics ranging from Healthy Home design for all family members (children, adults, and pets!), feng shui, easy design tips and trends, and exploring a problem most of us have...clutter (why we have it and how to "get rid of it"!).
