IDCW
The Interior Design Coalition of Wisconsin was established in 1988 to unite the interior design profession in the state of Wisconsin for the purpose of legislative awareness and action that protects the health, safety, and welfare of the public
The Interior Design Coalition of Wisconsin (IDCW) is the Interior Design profession’s advocate and representative for Legislative concerns and actions (laws) in the State of Wisconsin.Whether affiliated with ASID, IIDA, NKBA, or unaffiliated, the Coalition strives to unite Interior Design professionals for the common goal of protecting the health, safety, and welfare of the public. We promote awareness of our state’s title act registration and the value of Wisconsin Registered Interior Designers to government, business, educators, students and the public through multiple venues. We work to accentuate Interiors Designers’ understanding and appreciation of our title act, assist interior designers in publicizing their legislation and professional status, and offer continuing education. The Coalition provides an opportunity for Interior Design professionals to meet with and establish relationships with their Legislators, and increases awareness of Interior Design professionalism at the gubernatorial level. We encourage you to support your profession by becoming a member.
